 Where Are You Located?

Oceanfront at Windmill is located in Jensen Beach, directly next to Kyle Gā€™s Restaurant, our address is: 10850 S Ocean Dr. Jensen Beach, FL 34957


What is Your Max Capacity?

The Oceanview Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests, though we can host up to 200 guests in some cases.


Is Alcohol Permitted?

Yes absolutely! You can bring in your own alcohol, you just need to a hire a bartender to serve it (we have bartender options if needed).


Do You Have a Kitchen?

Yes we have a kitchen located within the main ballroom that is included with your rental fee.


Can I Bring Food In / Use My Caterer?

Yes you can bring your own food in, you can have a caterer drop food off, or you can have a caterer stay on property during the event. We have great In-House catering options, reach out to see a menu!


What is Your Deposit?

This depends on the package you go with, but right now we require an initial deposit of between $500 and $1,000 to complete your booking. This is considered your first payment toward the rental fee.


How Late Can Events Go?

We are more than happy to accommodate your specific needs, but events are usually asked to end by 12:00am.


Do We Have Exclusive Use of the Property?

Oceanfront at Windmill is a two-story building, the second floor will be exclusive to you and your guests.


Do I Have to Use Your Vendors?

No, you are welcome to bring in any vendor of your choosing (though some of our recommended vendors offer discounted rates). If a vendor is staying on property then they must provide us with a copy of their liability insurance.


Can We Get Ready on the Property?

There are restrooms and a backroom you can use, but the property does not have a bridal suite.


Is Smoking Allowed on Property?

Smoking is permitted outside where established ashtrays are visible.


Do You Offer Off-Season Rates?

At this time we do not offer any seasonal rates.


Is the Venue Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes the venue is wheelchair accessible, however the beach is not.
